NEUROVIBE — Vibration Diagnostics of an Electric Motor Using CNN
Embedded system for real-time classification of motor operating conditions using vibration signals and edge AI.
01. The Problem
Traditional motor diagnostics often require expensive equipment and expert interpretation. Low-cost real-time edge monitoring was the goal.
02. Technical Solution
Developed a system using ESP32-S3 and ADXL345 accelerometer. A custom 1D CNN model was trained in TensorFlow and deployed using TensorFlow Lite Micro for on-device inference.
